Can I place a special order?

YES! Inquire with Bre directly to discuss your special orders.

Do you deliver?

We offer pick up at Praetorian CrossFit (2001 Hwy 127, Perry Georgia 31047) Thursdays & Sundays. Thursday pick up is 4:00pm-7:30pm. Sunday pick up is at 5:30pm.

Do I need my own meal prep containers?

Where do you post the macros/calories?

We post the macros and calories for each meal on the menu. We do not label each meal, so you will need to go back to the menu for your "cheat sheet".

What if I have food allergies?

We do not accept any customers right now that have food allergies.

How do I set up a consult with you for Nutrition Coaching?

Do I have to be a nutrition client to sign up for Fit Fresh Foodie Meal Prep? 

Not at all! We work with several Nutrition Coaches, Doctors and Dietitians to help provide healthy meals to whoever we can! Many of our customers don't have a Coach, and that's OK too! We are here to assist anyone that wants our help in becoming a healthier individual. 

How do I place an order for Meal Prep?

To place an order you have two options. 

Option #1) Head over to our Meal Subscription Plans . Once signed up for the plan you like, we will see it populate and reach out right away. The next Meal Prep day will start your service ( Monday or Thursday). You have the option of splitting your meals between Mondays and Thursdays to have the freshest food. We will connect right away and send you some questions to coordinate ( how to order your subscription meals each week, how many each day, anything you don't like, etc).

Option #2) Head over to our Meal Prep Menu and place your order! This is called our A La Carte ordering. Its a little more expensive then doing a subscription plan, but you have no commitment. Friday to Saturday the menu is open for MONDAY. Tuesday-Wednesday the menu is open for Thursday. 

What can I expect once I sign up for the Subscription Plan?

Once you sign up for the plan of your choice, you will receive an email from Fit Fresh Foodie. Be sure to check your spam account if you don't see it right away. This email will explain how/when to place your Subscription orders along with other information on picking up meals, etc. If you have any other questions on your Subscription plans, just shoot us an email at info@fitfreshfoodie.com

Can I pause or hold my Subscription account?

Yes, you can hold your account if you are on vacation or sick. You can easily place you account on Hold HERE

Can I place a special order for meals?

Sure! Email us to discuss your current special meals. 

Do you deliver?

We offer pick up at Praetorian CrossFit (2001 Hwy 127, Perry Georgia 31047) Mondays & Thursdays from 4pm-7:30pm. We do offer delivery within a small radius of Perry, Ga.

Do I need my own meal prep containers?

No, we supply all meal prep containers! They are biodegradable and compostable! If you desire a lunch box, we have some YETI ones available in our store. 

Does each meal have the macros and calories posted?

We post the macros and calories for each meal on the menu, the meals themselves and in My Fitness Pal. You can search all of our meals in My Fitness Pal. Start typing Fit Fresh Foodie and then the name of the meal as seen on the menu. 

What if I have food allergies?

We do not accept any customers right now that have food allergies.

What time do I need to place my order by for Monday & Thursday?

The order deadline is 3pm Wednesday for pick up on Thursday. Saturday at 3pm for pick up on Monday.
